What’s your history?

I was born and raised in Southern California, but I have lived in Vancouver for 35 years. I love the PNW and is truly the very best place to live. I am a retired Pastor and served at a church here in Vancouver for 25 years.


Tell us about your dogs.

Over the years I have had a number of dogs. My favorite was a Cockapoo, named Scruffy. She was a very special dog full of delight and always playful.


What is your favorite thing about walking dogs?

Being outdoors and walking. I love dogs and I love walking. It’s a perfect match!


What experience do you have working with dogs and other animals?

I grew up with dogs at home, my grandparents and all my relatives had dogs. I’ve spent lots of time playing with and walking and loving both small and large dogs.


For fun I enjoy…

My wife of 45 years, my sons and daughter-in-law and the best grandchildren in the world – Caitlin (12yrs.) and Conall (9yrs.) I also enjoy reading, kayaking and hiking.


If you had to eat the same meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Beer and Burgers.


What is one hope or dream you have for your future?

To be a positive, active, supportive and loving Papa to my grandkids.
